Why I Do This Work
I have known what love feels like since I was seven years old.
I didn't plan on officiating weddings. My ministry began when I watched a dear friend go through the Pathways of Light Ministry course and our conversations shifted — they became enlightening, expansive, full of meaning. I wanted some of that. So I pursued it.
Then my cousin asked me to officiate her wedding. I said yes, not knowing what I was stepping into. Standing there, I felt something I recognized immediately — I was divinely guided to this.
Because long before I ever stood at an altar, I already knew love in a way that most people spend a lifetime searching for. And at a wedding, that love is on full display. It is one of the happiest moments a human being will ever experience. I get to be part of that. That is not something I take lightly.
