There was a season in my life when everything felt uncertain, and I knew I needed a new foundation. I was searching for something that could help me rebuild not just my routines, but my sense of peace, health, and direction.
As I walked through personal loss and the challenge of starting over after a house fire, I began to see how deeply wellness touches every part of life. I realized that when your body feels depleted and your mind feels overwhelmed, it becomes much harder to live with confidence and purpose.
That season led me to start paying closer attention to what I was putting in and around my body. I became passionate about simple, natural wellness practices that could support energy, reduce stress, and make everyday life feel more manageable.
What began as a personal search slowly became something bigger. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share these tools with other women who were also feeling tired, stretched thin, and disconnected from themselves.
I discovered that true wellness is not about doing everything perfectly. It is about returning to the roots, making intentional choices, and creating rhythms that support your body, renew your mind, and help you feel grounded again.
Over time, I saw real transformation in my own life. I felt more clear, more steady, and more connected to the purpose growing inside me.
That is what inspired Roots to Wellness. I wanted to create a space where women could feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they take simple steps toward lasting change.
Now I have the privilege of walking alongside women as they uncover what is keeping them stuck and begin moving forward with clarity and hope. My heart is to help each woman know that wellness can be simple, meaningful, and deeply life-giving.
