Have You Ever Felt a Longing and Not Sure Where to Start?
For a while, I thought I had everything I needed.

My husband and I built a successful business together — one that provided for us and gave us stability. It did exactly what we set out to do, bring him home.  And I was proud of it. I still am.

But somewhere along the way…
I put my own dreams on the back burner.

Because I convinced myself that this is enough.
That building something “sustainable” was the same as building something that lit up my soul.

But here’s the truth I’ve come to own:
I longed for more.
Not just more success — more alignment.
More of me in the work I do.
More purpose. More meaning. More impact.
Something that’s mine. That’s rooted in who I truly am and the way I want to help others rise.

So now, I’m choosing to shift.
Not away from what I’ve built — but deeper into what I’m meant to build.
Roots to Wellness isn’t just a name. It’s a new beginning.
It’s where I help women who feel stuck — mentally, physically, or financially — reconnect with the power within, examine their thoughts and see the truth of who they are.

Because we don’t have to settle.
We don’t have to shrink.
We get to grow something that reflects our values, our calling, our dreams.

This is mine.
And I’m just getting started.

Meet Lisa Jock

I used to feel overwhelmed trying to support my family naturally. It felt like a huge task, and I didn't know where to start. Then my aunt introduced me to a new way of thinking about wellness. She talked about making small, consistent swaps that really added up over time. That shift changed everything for me.

I started focusing on what mattered most. Slowly, I began seeing real changes in how I felt and how our home functioned. It was empowering to watch everything come together.

Now, I help others who are ready to take control of their wellness journey—without the stress. Whether you want to reduce toxins, support your body naturally, or just feel more confident in your choices, you don't have to figure it out alone.

If that’s you, get in touch—I’d love to help.
